The TableCloth project, which began with its first commit in 2017, has undergone a wide range of technical and operational changes over the past four years. Amidst these waves of change, there have been core values that have remained steadfast. In this session, we will reflect on the project’s growth and evolution, as well as the philosophy that has not changed, and share insights and strategies essential for sustaining long-term open-source projects.
