Welcome to the Call for Proposals for the FOSS for All Conference 2025.

The FOSS for All Conference 2025 is a nonprofit community conference under the slogan "Free and Open Source Software for All," aiming to create an open source conference for everyone.

FOSS for All welcomes anyone interested in open source software and its communities, including developers, contributors, designers, translators, planners, and more. The conference will provide a space for people in various roles to share their experiences and knowledge, with programs such as technical talks, community booths, panel discussions, and more.

About Video Recording

This event will be held offline. Talks will be recorded. Please keep the following in mind before submitting your proposal, as it will help you in your preparation:

  • Recorded videos and slides will be published online under the CC-BY-4.0 license.
  • Please do not include sensitive information or potentially controversial content that cannot be made public.
  • Please also adhere to the FOSS for All Code of Conduct.

Proposal Review Process

  • Selection is based on the content of the proposal.
  • Please exclude any information that may reveal the identity of the submitter as much as possible.
  • The organizing team will consider overall balance to ensure an enjoyable program for participants from diverse backgrounds.

Review and Confirmation Process

  • Additional information may be requested via email during the review process, if necessary.
  • Selected speakers will be notified individually by email.

About Travel Support

  • As this is a non-profit community event, no travel or accommodation support will be provided for speakers, whether domestic or international. Thank you for your understanding.
